Each floor is a separate rental The first and second floors each have two bedrooms, a full kitchen and bathroom. Air conditioning and hot water add to the ambiance. The third villa is set back from the beach with a different floor plan featuring an upstairs bedroom with a great ocean view and secluded atmosphere. Villa Three, or the Lookout, can be rented by couples at a two person occupancy discount. The Villas feature ample parking, a nice garden and feeling of getting away to your own beach house.
